Hello, I’m Claire!
An accredited Executive Coach, Mentor and Facilitator (EMCC)
with +20 years’ experience positively impacting individuals and teams across many global businesses.
My passion is people, and I stand for creating high performance cultures where people are inspired, excited to belong, supported to grow and empowered to embrace the transformations happening.
Prior to coaching, I held senior leadership roles and managed and developed high performing teams, working for Fortune 500 companies where I led the design and creation of large-scale consumer and employee engagement strategies. Today, I combine this experience to support organisations and their teams across leadership development, performance, change, communications and collaboration. I work in both English and French.
